Easy-Recruiter Version 5 is the latest generation of CompuSports' Easy-Recruiter - a software application designed by college coaches for collecting, organizing, managing and analyzing the data associated with the Athletic Recruiting process. Version 5 has a modern look and feel while retaining its predecessor's clean, uncluttered appearance.
Easy-Recruiter stores its data on the user's own computer or server - the only way to truly ensure that data is safe, secure, and available at all times. No Internet connection is required, and there are no required annual subscription fees.
Easy-Recruiter helps college coaches, Athletic Department support staff, Recruiters and virtually anyone associated with the process of recruiting college athletes to save time, and maintain up-to-date information. The result will be readily available, accurate information and a more efficient and effective recruiting process. Easy-Recruiter can also be useful to a High School coach or anyone that needs a simple tool for recording, managing, distributing and reporting on information about Athletes, Schools and Coaches.
Easy-Recruiter includes the typical data entry elements (fields) commonly found on recruiting prospect cards, website forms and information sheets. Data elements can be further customized to adapt to different sports and user requirements.
Easy-Recruiter is capable of importing information provided by recruiting services to build a database of athletes, schools or coaches . Easy-Recruiter can also export data to programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook for further analysis and to perform mail merges.
With its contact log and 5 notepads linked to each athlete, Easy-Recruiter makes it easy to document every contact with an athlete and track the status of recruits as they move through the recruiting process. A comprehensive collection of reports is included and the user can customize these reports and then save them for future use.

Easy-Recruiter Version 5 works in both single and multi-user environments and can be configured for any sport. Easy-Recruiter makes it possible for an Athletic Department to begin with a single user version and expand to accommodate additional users, additional coaches and even Financial Aid and Admissions personnel.
