The Five Programs + 3D Animation
Chalkboard Program
The heart of the Coach's Office system is the Chalkboard program. In this program, draw offensive formations and plays, fronts and coverages and save them for future use to be accessed by the Playbook and Script modules.

Coach's Office has a complete set of tools, symbols and a color palette for drawing pass routes, blocks, and other assignments. Instantly flip the offense or defense left or right or above or below the ball, display offensive formations or plays against any combination of fronts and coverages, and then instantly print a play card.
Playbook Program
Available in Pro and Youth Edition
The Playbook program in Coach's Office has all the features you would expect in a professional playbook program. The process starts by selecting one of the many built in page templates, or customizing templates. Plays are added to the template by selecting them from the Chalkboard module.
Organized like a book, the Coach's Office Playbook program makes it easy to navigate through the playbook by clicking first on the chapter and then the page. Chapters and pages can be inserted or deleted and pages are automatically renumbered.
Advanced text placement and formatting capabilities, the capacity for an unlimited number of pages, and the ability to copy text and tables from other Windows applications allow for extensive control over the finished product. Printing is powerful and flexible, from single pages to multiple sections of the playbook.
Wristbands
The latest feature in the playbook is the ability to create and print wristbands. We provide three pre-defined wristbands for immediate use or to adjust to fit the window in your wristband. You can also create your own customized wristbands. (more)
Script Program - Script Practice & Print Play Cards
Available in Pro and Youth Edition
Coach's Office pioneered the concept of integrating a spreadsheet-style script with play cards and a playbook. The scripting system makes it possible to catalog, schedule, print, and review the plays that are run in practice. Offensive formations, fronts, and coverages are selected from a drop-down list using the same technique as the Chalkboard module.
In addition to printing play cards, the script can be used to produce a game plan or play sheet with 2 to 32 plays per page, as well as statistical reports that illustrate the plays run in a single practice or a series of practices. (more)
The Youth Edition is limited to 50 rows of plays.
SlideShow Program
Those familiar with PowerPoint will love the SlideShow feature of Coach's Office. This enables a coach to display plays on a screen or an overhead projector and use a telestrator- like chalk tool to make notes, adjust lines and draw attention to various aspects of the play. (more)
Pro Video Player Program
The Video Player program provides an effective method for reviewing game video clips with the playbook formations and plays. Video clips are cut up outside Coach's Office using any of a variety of digital video editing software systems. (more)
3D Animation
Coach's Office Chalkboard Required
Draw your play in the Coach's Office chalkboard program and click a button to make the players and routes come alive. The controls are easy to use, making the learning curve nearly non-existent. Change the view, zoom in and out, see the field from any player's perspective.

Pro vs. Youth Edition Features
Coach's Office offers two levels of the powerful suite of football software - Pro and Youth Edition. Choose the modules that best fit your needs. Below is a comparison of the two versions.
Basically, the Youth Edition is best suited for Pop Warner, youth leagues, and small junior high school teams. The Pro is for high schools, colleges, semi-pro, and pro teams.
Chalkboard Program
Pro has unlimited number of formations/plays, fronts and coverages.
Pro is compatible with our 3D animation software.
Youth Edition has 50 entries for each of the formations/plays, fronts and coverages.
Playbook Program
Pro has unlimited number of chapters and pages. Pro includes template customization.
Youth Edition has 75 pages.
Both Pro and Youth Edition have full access to wristbands.
Script Program
Pro has an unlimited number of rows for the plays in the pro.
Youth Edition is limited to 50 rows.
3D Animation
Draw plays in chalkboard and animate!
SlideShow
Requires the playbook program - pro or youth.
Pro Video Player Program
Requires pro playbook and slideshow.
Not available for Youth Edition.
Upgrades
If your budget doesn't include getting all the desired modules or the pro version with the first purchase, Coach's Office has an upgrade program. Modules can be added to the currently owned version for the difference in the retail price. Call the sales office at 352.897.4271 to purchase upgrades.
